Refund policy

Each Hévi Fragrance House candle is thoroughly inspected before it leaves our studio to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.

Because of the nature of our products, we’re unable to accept returns or offer refunds on used items. If your order arrives damaged, we’re happy to offer a replacement or refund. Simply email photographic proof of the damage within 48 hours of delivery.

If your package was compromised during transit, unused candles may be returned within 7 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price, excluding shipping. Please reach out to us on info@hevifragrancehouse.com
